Repurposing

I have a few shirts that Mike was throwing out, so I thought I'd use the fabric to try to make a dress for June. If it didn't work out, no money wasted. I was so excited that this turned out so well since I just made it up as I went.

This is so cute. I'm very impressed. I was sitting it church yesterday looking at a cute little girl and thinking that if we ever have a girl I'm going to go nuts making clothes for her. And this pretty much sealed the deal.

You should check out these tutorials. Some of them are super cute and I have to admit that I've already squirreled away a couple of Logan's dress shirts in hopes that I'll be able to make some of these one day.
